IMPORTANT: Global Supply Chain Issues Causes Inventory Shortages

It's been over three years of dealing with inventory issues for the Bosch CDR product line. We are continually receiving inventory on a daily basis but still have some items on back order. If you are looking for a cable, kit or adapter, it is best to use the "Notify When Available" button if that item is sold out. You will be emailed immediately when that part is placed back in inventory. Thank you for your patience during this time.

CABLE RELEASE (August 2024): 851 FCA Camera Module Cable - view

Bosch and Crash Data Group are pleased to announce the release of the newest CDR D2M cable - the FCA DCM Camera Module cable. This cable will be available to begin shipping August 16, 2024. You can order this cable online now and it will ship when we receive stock. We can also provide quotes for government purchase orders by emailing crash@crashdatagroup.com.

CABLE RELEASE (June 2024): Bosch CDR Cable Bundle Release - view

Crash Data Group is excited to announce we have received our first batch of the new Bosch CDR direct-to-module cables for use with the Bosch CDR Tool. Seven (7) new CDR cables are included in this release. The cable bundle includes the long-awaited GM Forward Camera Module (FCM) cable - ID 856. The other cables included in this bundle are: GM ASCM Cable ID 855, VWG ACM Cable ID 861, Mazda ACM Cable ID 863, Audi ACM Cable ID 864, BMW ACM FlexRay Cable ID 860, and Volvo ACM Cable ID 869.

CABLE RELEASE (April 2023): General Motors (GM) ACM Cables

Bosch and Crash Data Group are pleased to announce the release of two new ACM Direct-to-Module (D2M) cables in support of the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval Tool. These new cables these new cables support select GM vehicles. These new CDR cables are for USA and Canada markets for direct-to-module imaging. Please  note both cables require the Bosch CDR 900 VCI and do not support the CanPlus module. - View Cable Bundle Special

April 2023: Bosch Releases Version 23.1 Software

The release of this version of CDR software includes support for many new MY2022~2024 vehicles and EDR systems. Bosch has added support for retrieval of event data from Advanced Driver Systems (ADS) for Mercedes-Benz EQS and S-Class vehicles for MY2023~2024. In addition, Daihatsu vehicles were added to support the Japan market. Also added support for many new vehicles for other markets. CABLE RELEASE (August 15, 2022): Ferrari/Maserati and Lucid ACM Cables

Bosch and Crash Data Group are pleased to announce the release of two new ACM Direct-to-Module (D2M) cables in support of the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval Tool. These new cables mark the entry of Ferrari (and also Maserati) and Lucid Motors to be supported technology for CDR retrieval. This new CDR cable is for USA and  Canada markets for direct-to-module read-out, starting with the 2022 Ferrari and Lucid vehicles. January 2022: Bosch Releases Version 21.4 Software

This release of this version of CDR software includes support for the Lucid Air vehicle, new coverage for GM Active Safety Systems and new model year and market coverage. 

October 2021: Bosch Releases Version 21.3 Software

This release of the CDR software includes support for Polestar vehicles and new coverage for GM Active Safety Systems. In addition, new model year and market coverage was added for Volvo and Audi vehicles and more.

August 2021: Bosch Releases Version 21.2 Software 

Bosch is pleased to announce BMW (BMW/MINI/RR) vehicle support for Europe, China and other markets outside of North America. In addition to adding support for new MY2022 vehicles, Bosch added forward-camera-module data retrieval capability for 2019 and newer General Motors vehicles.

CABLE RELEASE: Daimler ACM FlexRay Cable

Bosch and Crash Data Group are pleased to announce the release of a new FlexRay ACM cable in support of the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval Tool. This new cable marks the entry of Daimler (Mercedes-Benz) using the FlexRay technology for CDR retrieval. This new CDR cable is for US/CA and China markets for direct-to-module read-out, starting with the 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class vehicles – view cable

NEW: Online EDR Vehicle Support Look Up Tool

This database search application was developed to give you a quick look to see if a certain vehicles are supported by the Bosch CDR Tool and Tesla EDR Tool without the need to download software. It can also be used to lookup specific direct-to-module cables to see the vehicles support and to purchase cables. – try it out
