Shipping Information & Policies

Crash Data Group, Inc. offers specialty equipment to North American customers. We only ship to North America and have a few restrictions on certain types of orders. Please read below for our shipping policies. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please us at crash@crashdatagroup.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at crash@crashdatagroup.com within seven (7) business days if the item is defective, damaged or there is a discrepancy, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Carrier: UPS

Crash Data Group, Inc. is in the process of switching to UPS for all placed orders. Shipping delivery times are approximate and ultimately are determined by UPS. Crash Data Group, Inc. cannot and will not be liable for items that are not delivered on time due to errors caused by UPS.

Ordering Cut-off Time: 1:00 PM Pacific

Crash Data Group, Inc. is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. However, ALL ORDERS (online or phone) need to be placed by 1:00 PM PST to ship same day (if in stock). All orders received AFTER 1:00 PM will be packaged and shipped the following business day. If an item is on backorder, that item will ship, based on the shipping designation at time of order, when that item is restocked at Crash Data Group, Inc. Crash Data Group, Inc. may periodically be closed for observance of Holidays or for other reasons. All items ordered when the business is closed will be shipped the day upon reopening. If Crash Data Group, Inc. is closed for a non-holiday, it will be listed on the "Home Page" of the Crash Data Group, Inc. website - www.crashdatagroup.com.

Delivery Types & Times

Crash Data Group typically processes shipments the same day (excluding weekends and holidays) for all orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Saturday deliveries are only offered in certain areas. Click the following links to learn more about UPS shipping and delivery times.

      • All shipments are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) which means the receiver will need to pay duties, taxes or fees on international shipping.
