Crash Data Group will provide quotes to any organization. Quotes are valid for 30 days. We only accept Purchase Orders (POs) from government agencies (see Purchase Orders below). All other entities must place orders online directly through our website.

Purchase Orders:

Crash Data Group accepts Purchase Orders from government agencies for both hardware and software orders. There is a $500.00 minimum threshold for all Purchase Orders. Any order under $500.00 must be purchased online. In addition, all purchase orders need to have the purchase terms set to NET30. Crash Data Group ships all orders from Washington State. We charge a shipping and handling fee for all orders except software. All Purchase Orders must allow for and accept a line item for shipping and handling.

If paying by ACH or check, there are no additional fees. If paying by Credit Card a 3.0% merchant fee will be charged (if you place your order directly online, this fee is waived). Incorrect vendor information will delay the processing of the Purchase Order.
