The Bosch CDR 500 FlexRay Adapter Kit is required for direct-to-module (D2M) downloading of EDR data from select vehicles using the Bosch CDR Tool. It is used in conjuction with select Bosch D2M FlexRay cables (listed below). This Bosch CDR 500 FlexRay adapter was developed giving the Bosch CDR Tool the ability to download EDR from select vehicles that use the FlexRay vehicle communications protocol.
